Collaborations

FIELD NOTES is an independently financed immersive research and visual storytelling project exploring creativity, hospitality, cultural environments, and emotional experience through long-form travel and observation.

As part of the project, we collaborate with independent businesses, hospitality spaces, wellness environments, artists, and community-led initiatives whose philosophies align with the research.

Why Collaboration Matters

The project is rooted in immersion rather than observation from a distance. Spending meaningful time within a place — understanding its rhythms, values, people, and daily environments — creates a deeper and more honest form of documentation.

Collaborating directly with local teams, spaces, and communities allows the work to move beyond surface-level imagery into something more experiential, emotionally grounded, and culturally specific.

These partnerships also make independent long-form research financially sustainable while creating meaningful creative value for participating collaborators.

Approach

This is not a high-volume content production model.

The work is observational, immersive, and research-driven — shaped through time, conversation, atmosphere, and lived experience within a place.

I’m most interested in collaborations that value authenticity, emotional resonance, and long-form creative exchange over traditional marketing output.
